"N B" Custom Trumpet Mouthpieces.

This is the ultimate "screamer" or "commercial" mouthpiece. The diameter of the mouthpiece is .630, the smaller Cup Volume favors the upper register, but not at the expense of producing a good sound in the middle and lower registers. Its rim design works very well for "closed set" embouchures.

The N B Line features the following Models:

63*. 63**, and 63*** - These are all Lead-type Mouthpieces, and would compare with the Schilke 6A4A.

The 63* has a slightly higher Alpha Angle, for the Player that prefers a little more rim "grip" from the mouthpiece.
The 63** and 63***, have successively less "grip" than the 63*.

GP*** - This new release has the same spec's as the NB 63***, with a more comfortable rim contour.

63**** - This Model has more Cup Volume than the first three Models, and has been so popular with players who require additional chop room.

63***** - Another "Custom" Mouthpiece that has found favour with many Players. This Model has the largest Cup Volume of the N B Line.

Now available... Northern Brass 65****, 64****, and 66****. All of great attributes of the 63****, in larger diameters.

I've been playing the 63GP and all I can say is WOW!

As you know, I thought that the 6a4a was great. The GR absolutely blows it away in ALL areas.  My range, sound, articulation, response, volume, have all improved so substantially that it's scary. I thank GR Tech. for producing what is clearly the BEST trumpet mouthpiece available today.

No doubt, if Bill Chase was alive today he'd be playing one of these too!
