GR Parameters, Terms, and Definitions
In
order to communicate effectively with our clients,
we have decided to include the following list of
mouthpiece parameters, terms, and their definitions.
Please note that a number of these terms were
created by Gary Radtke in order to quantify
mouthpiece parameters. For example, the term Alpha
Angle was never used in the industry before GR
Technologies. Instead terms like, undercut, drop
off, and relief were used. None of those terms
actually define that particular parameter.
Thankfully more and more, GR terms are being used
more and more in the industry. So much so that some
other manufacturers are now using them on their
websites! That says a lot for GR!
