|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|Does GR accept returns?|
|GR Technologies does not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with manufacturing quality. Every part is inspected numerous times before shipment so that is very unlikely! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact GR Customer Service.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If we shipped you the item you ordered, we do not accept returns. If we shipped you an incorrect item, please contact us. Your shipment is checked multiple times before it leaves the shop so this is very unlikely to occur, but we are getting older. Make sure you consult with us before placing your order.|
|What is your return policy?|
|We do not accept returns nor do we offer a trial period. We do have a large dealer network if you wish to try a GR Mouthpiece. We also offer a consultation process to answer any questions you may have prior to placing an order. Contact Us for assistance!|
|When will my order ship?|
|Your order will ship as soon as possible! If in stock, we like to get shipments out the door. If not in stock, we ship as soon as your item is ready. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.|
